• Booking details: name, email address, phone number, flight and travel dates, terminal, vehicle registration, make, model and colour.
• Account details: name, email address and an encrypted password if you register.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, contact form or live chat.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To make and manage your booking, including passing your details to the parking provider you choose: performance of a contract.
• To take payment, prevent fraud and keep records required by tax and accounting law: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• To provide customer support and send booking confirmations and service messages: performance of a contract.
• To improve our website and services using analytics: consent (via our cookie banner).
• To send marketing emails and show relevant adverts: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We only share what is needed, with:

• The parking provider you book with, so they can deliver your parking service.
• Stripe, to process payments securely.
• Email, hosting and IT providers who help us run the service.
• Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Microsoft Bing, Meta) where you have consented to cookies.
• Our live chat provider, when you use the chat feature.
• Police, regulators or courts where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Booking and payment records: 6 years after the booking, to meet tax and accounting requirements.

• Support communications: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
