1.1. www.comparemyairportparking.com ("the Website") is operated by Park Pilot Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

1.2. We provide an online comparison and booking platform for airport parking services offered by independent third-party providers ("Vendors").

1.3. We do not own, manage or operate any car parks. All parking services listed on our Website are provided solely by Vendors.

OUR ROLE AS AN INTERMEDIARY

2.1. When you book through our Website, you enter into a contract directly with the Vendor who provides the parking service.

2.2. We act only as an intermediary that facilitates the booking process and transfers your details to the Vendor.

2.3. We are not responsible for the provision, safety, quality, or performance of Vendor services.

2.4. We do not supervise, audit or control Vendor operations.

VENDOR INFORMATION & SECURITY DECLARATIONS

3.1. All information displayed about Vendors—including security features, photographs, pricing and descriptions—is provided directly by the Vendor.

3.2. We display this information "as supplied", and we do not independently verify it unless clearly stated.

3.3. Security descriptions such as "CCTV", "secure", "gated" or "patrolled" are Vendor declarations.

3.4. We do not guarantee the presence, accuracy or effectiveness of any security measures.

3.5. Vendors may update or change the condition of their premises without notifying us.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

4.1. You must ensure all details entered during booking are accurate.

4.2. A booking is confirmed when payment is completed and a confirmation email is issued.

4.3. Prices displayed include Vendor fees and any service or booking fees.

4.4. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4.5. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers.

CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS

5.1. Cancellation and amendment policies vary by Vendor.

5.2. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

5.3. Refunds (if applicable) follow the Vendor's policy and may take up to 14 working days.

5.4. Failing to show up may result in full fee forfeiture.

5.5. "Flexible" bookings still follow the Vendor's rules.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. You must allow sufficient time for parking, shuttle transfers, and airport check-in.

6.2. You must follow all Vendor instructions, including arrival procedures.

6.3. You are responsible for securing your vehicle (locking doors, removing valuables, etc.).

6.5. You are responsible for ensuring that the chosen service meets your needs.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

7.1. Liability That Cannot Be Excluded

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

7.2. Platform Liability (Limitations)

  • We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or belongings.
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies in Vendor-supplied information.
  • We are not responsible for Vendor negligence or misconduct.
  • We do not guarantee that Vendor services will be available or performed as described.
  • We are not liable for delays, missed flights or shuttle wait times.

7.3. No Liability for Indirect Losses

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Missed flights
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Emotional distress
  • Indirect, consequential or incidental losses

7.4. Liability Cap

Our total liability is limited to:

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

8.1. Complaints related to the parking service must be directed to the Vendor.

8.2. We may assist with communications but are not responsible for resolving disputes.

8.3. Vendors are responsible for insurance coverage and incident handling.

8.4. Claims may require photos, evidence, CCTV requests and incident logs.

8.5. Vendors may have their own claims and evidence requirements.

WEBSITE USE & ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

9.1. You may not misuse the Website or attempt to access restricted data or systems.

9.2. You must not upload or submit content that is illegal, offensive or fraudulent.

9.3. We may suspend access for users who violate these terms.
